දීපාල් සූරියආරච්චි සම්පත් බැංකුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලයෙන් විශ්‍රාම යයි
සම්පත් බැංකුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකයෙකු වූ දීපාල් සූරියආරච්චි මහතා 2019 අගෝස්තු 05 දින සිට බලපැවැත්වෙන පරිදි එම තනතුරින් විශ්‍රාම ගොස් තිබේ.
2007 අංක 11 දරණ බැංකු පනතට අනුව යම් පුද්ගලයෙකුට ලැයිස්තුගත බැංකු සමාගමක අධ්‍යක්ෂ ධූරයක් දැරිය හැකි උපරිම කාලසීමාව වසර 09කි. ඒ අනුව දීපාල් සූරියආරච්චි මහතා සම්පත් බැංකුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂවරයෙකු ලෙස වසර 09ක කාලයක් සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව එම තනතුරින් විශ්‍රාම ගොස් ඇත.
දීපාල් සූරියආරච්චි මහතා විකුණුම් අලෙවි ක්ෂේත්‍රය, වෙළෙඳපොළ ප්‍රචාරණය මෙන්ම මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණ සංවර්ධනය පිළිබඳව වසර 30කට අධික අත්දැකීම් ඇත්තෙකි.
Deepal Sooriyaarachchi Retires from Samapth Bank board
Deepal Sooriyaarachchi will relinquish his duties as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director at Sampath Bank PLC with effect from today, following the completion of his 9-year term as a director.
His retirement from the bank comes in compliance with the terms of Section 3(2) (ii) (A) of Banking Act Direction No.11 of 20107, Corporate Governance of Licensed Commercial Bank in Sri Lanka.
He does not hold any shares of Sampath Bank. Deepal counts over 30 years of experience in sales, advertising, marketing, human resource development and strategy with extensive experience in the insurance field.
